"altMouseMoveToMassTransfer" in settings.json is what you're looking for. If you set it to true, you can hold down alt and everything you mouse over will be transferred. Just make sure to watch out if you ever alt-tab while in a market screen.

Of course, as I post this, I reload a slightly older file and it has both of these again.

A new character I made on the latest patch is not receiving the Galatian stipend nor does he have any crew salaries to pay.

The portrait in question is 209x209. They scale down properly everywhere else, just not in these dialogue tidbits.

A bit of feedback now that I've experienced everything at least a bit.

1. Fighters spawned via the Imhotep's ship system don't dock properly when returning to base. They get close, start shrinking, then collide and blow up.

2. The Break CAS Beam's sound effect is pretty grating on the ears, considering it's firing almost constantly.

3. In my experience, the SAD's large weapons are very, very hard to get, almost ridiculously so. I had over 250 Light CEPC (S)s, but the only large weapons I've gotten were two Break beams, one of which came from the mothership fight.

Thanks for the response.
I'm actually on Windows 8.1. Sorry to say that renaming the files didn't work, however sticking SRD_Nym.jpg into Starsector\starsector-core\graphics\backgrounds seemed to fix the issue.

Off-the-cuff idea: player starts out not able to issue orders (more or less), and part of the standard game progression is gaining more control of your fleet.
I feel this is already covered by being limited to a certain number of officers.

Suggestions / Toggle for speed up in campaign

I spend most of my time in the campaign holding down Shift. It'd be nice to be able to just press a button to toggle Speed Up instead, especially for 0.9 when we'll probably be spending more time exploring the outer regions.
