I am almost certainly missing something obvious as a relative newcommer to the community, but how do I check out the Supported Modded Factions you mention in your update announcements?
Click on the image to see their mod page. Their mod should have the support.

Thanks for your patience with that question. I somehow just completely missed that section of the OP last night.

I am not getting "Growth Reinvestment" as an edict option. Is there some un-stated prerequisite I am missing or is the OP out of date?

I have 11 edicts displayed. Compared to the list on the OP I am missing "Growth Reinvestment" but have the following which are not in the OP: "Trade Incentives", "Single-Child Policy", and "Exact Clearances".

I am not sure how this could be fixed, but losing access to your marines because your faction signed a ceasefire with a faction you were invading feels incredibly wrong. I am think they are in storage, but since I destroyed the station it will be "many months" before I can access that storage.

It looks to me like the threshold is the same as for the "Your fleet is small enough to attempt to disengage from a battle" grey text on the fleet screen. My fleets smaller than that threshold seem to keep 20 through nebulae on a sustained burn and my fleets above that threshold seem to get slowed down. My testing has been far from rigorous though.

If a market decivilizes while you have things in storage, is there any way to get those things back?

My former capital decivilized before the liberation fleet arrived (somewhat exasperated by my main fleet having been in storage when the "heavily outmatched" invasion fleet took the planet). Am wondering if I might be able to get the spare nanorfoge, cryocomputer, 30ish AI cores, half dozen VPCs, and main battle fleet back by founding another colony on the same planet.

Obviously the invasion fleet is a nexelerin feature, but I am guess this is the right place to ask because decivilized markets is a vanilla feature.

I am probably missing something obvious, but how do I get to the ground combat in the "Ground Pound" tutorial mission? I cannot find any menu options on the planet different from any other colony. And NPC which explains the elements of the tactical screen turns out to not be very useful to someone who cannot find the tactical screen.

Edit: flying away to work on something else resulted in the mission completing and getting the dinner invite ground side. I smashed a pirate fleet on my way in and never landed my marines, so I don't think it worked as an introduction to the ground combat system.
