it slowed down, but i was afraid for the possible consequences so i claimed victory as soon as i could. There was no additional damage to the ship or any other consequences.

Hello Alex and the rest reading.

I did not really know of a good title, but i hope it will become more clear with some explanation. I was fighting a luddic church detachement in hyperspace near the eos fringe jump point. I am on the latest patch and running the following mods:

It all went well untill i had practically beaten the fleet, when i got "pinged" into space. I was piloting a shade and near some other ships when this happened:

Notice the extreme speed and the friendly ship markers on the right. I have no clue what might have caused this, and it has never happened to me before. I you need more information let me know.

Also, cool that this is still kicking.

So i have 64 bit Java installed, and that seems to be the only version of Java installed, yet Starsector still runs 32 bit. Could anyone tell me how to get Starsector to run 64 bit Java?/ Provide me a link to a guide?

@uomoz Gah i found the problem. I had starsector installed in 2 different places, ran it from the unpatched place.

Could you make more pirate-esque portraits? I would love to add some of your portraits to my pirate mod, because they are amazing, in similar style to the vanilla ones, and did i already say they are amazing?

the latest version is now working properly! i am sorry for any inconvenience the broken version may have caused.

josh, that is indeed an error from parlay, i fixed it in my dev version, but i decided to keep it back because other problems popped up. I advice redownloading 0.7b, it should not break your save if you delete 0.75 and replace it.

i am not trying to force you to make something you dont like to make medikohl, it was more a general question on that whole list if you saw anything in there that caught your eye.

so i fixed this twice now, by redoing the .ship file and then it works just fine! This just eludes me,but i fixed it.

i was more thinking of BIG stations, where venting BIG rooms would be too costly. Do you see anything that you would like to make?

i mean as in: you see the ships are civilian, but now obviously refitted for more "illegal" use. No need to use that one shuttle and transport as base or modify them haha. You could think of(i am just shooting ideas at you here):

a civilian personal transport, could be as in like a bus or to move corporate personnel around.

small "car" like shuttles, i picture those as used in sub orbit and now refitted for use in real space.

a new buffallo/taurus/gemini modification.

a refitted colony ship(!), from the very beginning of the corvus sector colonisation, forgotten on a ship scrap yard but now repaired and in use again.

a trash collection ship, think of a very sturdy, venture style, kind of ship, very incognito and perhaps now a smuggle freighter/carrier for them, or that with drones which where originally to collect scrap in the orbit of the planet, but now for attacking other ships.

a firefighting ship, because even in the future you will have fires in cities or on stations in space.

Some kind of space racer pods, because a semi-apocalypse may have happened, people still want to be entertained, and pirates are fond of quick ships.
