found this Persean League Enforcer after a Hegemony inspection ate them. They walked up to me and asked me to perform an inspection. This might be intentional, but it just feels like it just failed to register that it should go back home after being defeated by a non-player fleet.

the only mod I'm using is a custom fighter for Persean League, so it should not be relevant to this outcome.
