NPC Fleet stuck on my fleet

NPC fleet approached mine to scold me for having flown with my transponder off. As the NPC attempted to move away it moved over mine. At that point it got stuck on my fleet with neither of us able to move away and the interaction dialog repeatedly popping up. Neither emergency nor sustained burn helped. Eventually I had to reload my last save (fortunately a very recent save).

Hi - sorry about the trouble! I *think* this should be fixed for the next release. Just to confirm, is this vanilla or with mods?
