in my game more of the big pirate military worlds are experience negative growth, even if i go broke and try to stabilize them, some of them are just too far in the negative.

i was wondering since pirates are a very illegal enterprise, why don't we allow them to use Ai cores that we sells to them, this will help them alot in many of their world.

i also heard that you can sell blue print to the pirates and their are the only ones that will use it,  was wondering if this is true because i was never able to get the pirates to use any of them. the blue prints i sold them just sit in the market for ever.

Sell the pirats rare blueprints to Capitals like Onslaught and Paragon on the black market. Then give them a few pristine nanoforges. Then question what you have done as the core world burn.
