Hi ALex,

Many thanks for your latest huge update !

I experience for teh first time strange behavior on graphical aspect rendering ratio... I play for a longtime ago in 5870x1080 (triple screen) and I have to say it works fine since a lot of release... this time part of the combat rendering (mainly ship) but not background rendering :
- background is correct in 5870x1080
- ship is render in 1920x1080 but enlarge 3 times to 5870x1080

I guess code is now slightly different to set aspect ratio... probably based only on 1080 !?

Here some screen shot to figure it out what's really happening... oops my screencapture (with DXtory) went only black since last update... I will try another way tomorrow to bring you some evidences ;-)

Here a null pointer exception while I just moving from corvus to another system in hyperspace... it seem's to append only whille starsector+ 3.10 is active (among some other stable plugins) otherwise I do not have the issue so far...

Suggestions / Smart GUI updates for triple screen rendering

Hi Alex and the community,

Follower since about 3 years, I enjoy playing starsector and discover new enhancements and new gameplay on each release !

Six months ago, I had the chance to setup a triple screen on my PC to play games like Elite Dangerous in ultra wide screen (NVIDIA Surround 5980x1080)... and by the way Starsector too :-) my two favorites games at the moment ... and stasector works pefectly :-) but...

Then, would it be possible to make few GUI upates in the game to "optimize" button positions ??? their are on each side of the screen but when you have 3x40 inchs screen... you have to look on the edge of left and right screens ... which is... unconfortable... my proposal would be to let them on the egde but on the central screen ;-) even if we still use left and right screen to see wide battlefield...
