Save variants made in devmode

Add the ability to save .variant files from the variant editor in devmode ;)

This would be so very, very much appreciated.

I have bumped this because it was about to fall to the second page and there was no indication alex saw it yet, and it would help quite a bit with modding.

You can sort of do this already - just need to create a starfarer.res/res/data/variants/ folder one level above the Starfarer/ folder, and the variants should go there.
