Persean League AI core sale value

The Persean League is an odd one out of the main factions when turning over AI cores to in they give the lowest payout of combined credits and reputation.  The other factions (minus Pirates, and Pathers) all give at least a combined value of 300% credits and reputation.  The PL gives 100% of each for a combined total of 200%, so they really aren't worth it to trade AI cores to.  I'd suggest raising their values to 150% each, to keep them even with the other factions and add that as a niche for selling AI cores since no faction is a true hybrid of both rep and cash.
