I was trying to make Scy and Shadowyard play nice together and this is the result:

To make them spawn fleets I had to edit the Vanilla economy.json and starmap.json with all modded systems, then archive the modded version of these files. I tried both with one then with the two factions and I think the number of fleets double for each additional faction. Here the log from the campaign simulation

(Not ignoring this, but probably doesn't make sense to look at unless the problem still exists after economy/starmap merging is in place. So, er, I guess I *am* ignoring this. But it's with good reason!)

MShadowy mentioned doubling up the economy in the previous version of Shadowyards by mistake, maybe that was the cause.

I'm Not very good at logic, but would happen if there has some more  new system to trade with.
Could the economy  re-balance itself??

It was indeed a problem with Shadowyard, and has been fixed. So everything's fine!

Same method as the one in my mod:
open the vanilla economy and starmap files, add the systems from Shadowyard's version of these files and remove Shadowyard economy and starmap files after. Works like a charm on my end.
