Some missiles are trying to curve around my Wolf's shields and hit my unshielded engines.  That makes combat way more exciting!

Happened to me too, except they were my Harpoons that ran out of fuel. :P

They hit me by the way, just barely survived it.

I find it rather silly (in an amusing way) when I launch two Harpoons against a frigate and they spread out, and end up missing the target's tail end and have to swing around again for another try.

That said, missiles now look absolutely awesome in numbers. Even a single Pilum volley is pretty good looking, and the Itano circus you get from three or four Harpoon pods firing at once is truly glorious to behold. Even when it's coming at you. Especially when it's coming at you.

Those sneaky salamanders are my wolf's bane as it lacks PD. have to expend a lot of phase skims when a buffalo fires 10 of them at me at once.


Harpoon circus is such fun.

I still feel that most missiles' maneuverability should be even higher. Even some cruisers can burst-maneuver (without using active systems) and dodge harpoons if controlled right. Also, missile trajectories overshoot and oscillate way too much..
