Waiting for this mod to get updated is frustrating. I have a feeling if I start a new playthrough it will get updated....

im at the point where im gonna dl the 0.9.1a version of this mod then rip ships i like into my vanilla ships.cvs & see if it breaks my game lol my impatience is starting to get a bit bigger than my incompetence

Can't wait for space romans to get an update. BTW what about some new unique pirates avalible from pirates that turns imperium ships optimised for smuggling/sneaky raids and gives them a little bit slapdash appearence? I'm surprised no pirate or pather tried to convert their ships yet despite their modularity.

Are you thick? DR never killed any of his projects, he is very much still active and working on them, you where just raised with no patience.

All the bs aside this is my absolute favorite faction mod for Star Sector. I don't even want to play the game until this is updated.

I frankly don't care if you make or use an unofficial patch.  All I ask is it's not hosted on this specific thread.

But why not ? It would ease the people that want to add this to their game quickly while you can take your time updating it correctly. Someone sharing it on this thread would just help people find it quicker instead of having to go in random discords or click on unsafe links. Your mod your rules but I don't find this logical at all.

Haven't been lucky enough to be able to try this mod but it looks great.

Presumably so he doesn't have to deal with the fallout and bug reports if that unofficial update turns out to be broken. Other mod authors have expressed similar sentiments.
There absolutely should be a thread where unofficial updates are collected but it needs to be separate from the original mods.
