Visiting the refit screen causes CR loss when crew is under strength.

To replicate:

Buy a new ship that you don't yet have the crew for.
Visit the refit screen.
Every ship you even look at loses CR - from whatever it had, set down to its new maximum.  Doesn't matter whether or not you changed anything.

Fairly certain that's fixed; there was a bug reported before where pressing "undo" did bad things to the CR, and I think this got fixed along the way. At any rate, doing what you've said seems to work properly now.
