Does Starfarer send any identifying information at any point (including the CD key or some hash or something)? To clarify, any information that would tie two installs together.

I'm asking not because I am suspicious, but because I can only install it here on the condition that it doesn't do that.

Hi! It does not. However, I can't promise that it never would in the future. If it did, it would be in an unintrusive, "game works fine if it fails" kind of way.
