CR display on info overlay doesn't update as frigate loses CR

When a frigate starts losing CR in battle, the info overlay (the one that shows health and flux as well) doesn't update to reflect this loss. This can mislead players into thinking their frigate is still doing fine when it's not. Map and command UI may also have this problem, I haven't checked.

Can be worked around by targeting the frigate to refresh the info.
