Beam weapons and Barrel Angles

For whatever reason, assigning a barrel angle for beam weapons doesn't appear to work atm.  All beams remain aligned with the weapon.

Would like that- it has a bunch of uses.

For some reason, i feel like a modder should try doing the corkiest energy/beam weapon ever.
