Hidden guest
« on: July 09, 2013, 09:43:33 PM »

Who is this hidden person and why does it either say "Unknown" or "Nothing, or Nothing you can see..." for what this person is doing? Is it Alex? Or is it a ghost? Or is it something else? If you want to see what i'm talking about just look at who's online

EDIT: There's two of 'em, "Unknown Action" and "Nothing, or Nothing you can see..."

Ah thats me :P

Hidden people are people who just turn on a option to remain hidden online, so people don't be sneaky creepers on them, and/or to be sneaky creepers themselves.

Im hidden, look on the index down the bottom im the "Hidden" person, below that it says which members are online, it won't show my name even though im talking to you now.

Unknown actions are odd things like looking in the source code of a page ect, just things the forum doesn't recognise

If the NSA were tracking my pc, they'd just see a whole lot of porn....

Very wrong. Any member can set their thingie to hidden. Moderators and such can still see if those people are online, IIRC

In your profile somewhere.
Edit: Under account related settings, there is a check box of 'show others your online status'. Deselect it.
