AFAIK, no. You could make a custom one that has the effects of two, I guess. Like accelerated ammo feeder + fast missile racks.

actually, it kinda is actually, but it'd require some insane coding skills *cough* lazywizard *cough*

Essentially, you'd make a script that binds a key to your new system. How this works, err..... don't ask me. :P
