On US keyboards, the key to the left of "1" is technically the "`" (grave, or grave accent) key, not the "~" (tilde) key, but everyone calls it the tilde key for some reason. I think it's because no one actually knows what the
grave accent is.
It's kinda like people calling the "=" key the "+' key. For every other key, we refer to it by the symbol at the bottom of the key ("1" key, ".", ";"), but for those two keys, people switch it up and refer to their top symbol instead. People are inconsistent! *grumblegrumble*
EDIT: Oh, and good work on the keymap. =p I'm sure it'll come in handy for new players.
EDIT2: If I could make one suggestion, it's that the jpeg compression makes some of the text a bit harder to read. Probably not an issue for most people who speak english, but if you could post a higher quality jpeg or png that would probably be for the best.
