0.5 will hit us at some point soonish no specific date given anyway dwarf fortress comes in the next few days thats gunna be my focus anyway

Yeah, I cant wait for 0.5, as I said, this is really shaping up to be a great lttle gem of a game.

Nice review! I also really like how the tactics come into play in the arcadey side in terms of whether to keep your shields up and keep shooting or drop them and take damage to your hull.

Although I don't know if I agree with you about it being worth it for $10 right now if the developer stops here . It's fun, but it's a small distraction at best right now.

As for the $10 item, as it stands its about the cost of a pint and a packet of crisps, so far, I have had more time out of starfarer than i would a beer, and crisps....
