Yesterday, after 7 years of development, Black Mesa was released.

It's passed by Greenlight, so expect it there soon.
It's also not finished. It's finished up to Lambda Core

I have the original Half-life on Steam, but I'm getting Black Mesa anyway. The upgrade to source means better graphics, better stuff, and the ability to use the console. I die a lot, so godmode is my friend.

Also, I'm fine with it finishing where it ends - I played the Xen levels in Blueshift (An expansion for HL), and they weren't as good as the rest of the game.
