Weapons firing arc/mode changing itself

So, the problem is that my weapons randomly (or depending on groups? Either way I don't get it) change the way they fire.

At one point I had all 3 of my Mjolnir cannons fire at the same time and in same general direction but now it has changed (I think when i changed weapon groups by loading an Elite loadout?) and I have to fire each of them separately which is a pain.

Exact the opposite thing with Typhoon Reaper launchers. Before I could fire from one launcher at a time and now I can only fire from all of them which can result in all 4 torpedoes missing the target...

Is there any way to adjust this that is very hard to find or is it some kind of a bug?
