Shuttle glitch

Mostly noticeable on missions, but im sure it can happen in the campaign.

If you start a battle without your flagship, then transfer your shuttle and then send in your flagship, you will be teleported to the flagship to control it, but the shuttle will still be flying around.

EDIT: Also, when the other shuttle land you will be teleported to that ship. Strange.
