Omen with Aux. Thrusters. Those things act like they have omni-directional engines. They go in any direction they want, when they want. Combined with their EMP, and they can dodge volleys of missiles for hours, quite happily.

I'm tempted to see if an Omen can do something spectacular, and kill a ship without using any weapons, and just emping it's own missiles back at it. It might work, but might not

Get behind it and EMP all the things.

Then just casually sit and splice it in two with lasers while Mr. Big Ugly Onslaught of Doom helplessly drifts around.

They might as well leave maneuvering jets on permanently, the cooldown is really light.

I just thought of something, if you was to degrade a Hyperion to mere escort duty, would it literally leap to your side with it's teleporter?
That seems like something that'd be pretty awesome. Not useful in any way, just one of those awesomeness factors.
