A TactiStar fleet engaged me over the colony they tried to raid, and offered to switch sides. I paid them off, but the resulting options are only hail (does nothing), fight or spend a story point to disengage.

Expected behaviour: They were just paid to go. They should. If they do not want to, they could have asked for a higher price or not bothered to talk in the first place.

Note: I had saved just before being engaged and after reloading, I was able to disengage normally, as intended.

... That will make reproduction bothersome.
