If you turn on dev mode (via console commands or settings file) you can turn off sensors with ctrl+z. With sensors off, systems on the hyperspace map are color coded based on what they contain. Hypershunt systems are pink iirc. Also with dev mode, you can ctrl + click to teleport your fleet. Works on the map or on the regular screen.

That sounds way more useful than brute forcing it with quick loads, I'll have to finally mess around with devmode.

I have been wondering what "good seed" even means in current patch, what with changes to crises and all. Since the Luddic Majority bonus only cares about Mining(Luddics are apparently perfectly fine with AI core administrators, nanites in the soil they farm and embryos in the factories they work) it means it can be stacked with all other bonuses as long as Mining can be moved off of the habitable world. This means a system with either two habitables(at least one with organics) or even better, a system with the elusive organics toxic planet since then you can also slap Autonomous Mantle Bore on it.

This is in addition to all the other stuff(no atmosphere, gas giant, superhot, etc.) Orbital-wise, you want a) a Gate, b) a Wormhole to Limbo and c) Comm Relay at the very least; so the specific requirements will vary depending on what you get and how many stable locations you have.

Note that since all the crises can now be be permanently dealt with, there is no more incentive to keep everything limited to a single system, although you'd still want it all in one constellation at least just to save on travel time/fuel.

To me what would be considered a good seed is just one singular starsystem that is self sustaining with everything you need.
An amazing seed would be one that has unique and interesting planets that can make use all colony items + toxic planet as you say. Rarely you can also get diffuse volatiles on barren-like worlds, so that is also nice too and cut out the need for Gas giants but extremely rare to find in combination with other good planets. Also Bountiful farmland Tundra planets with Orbital Solar Array. The only one I found was in a black hole binary system.

Well, after roughly half an hour of rolling: MN-3568082282724551125

The system is Weeper roughly halfway between Core and map edge with everything as described. Trinary system with a Gate and one stable location so you'll have to make second one yourself. The yields are not great but long term base yield doesn't really matter.

Also, I forgot Barren-Desert planets can also sometimes spawn organics in addition to Toxic planets.
