What are the specs of your machine? Vanilla runs fine, right?
Also: Latest GPU driver? Vsync on?

You are booting up the Java 23/24 one with the .bat file, right? You properly allocated RAM and have enough RAM and have enough Video-RAM, right?

How many markets and factions are you spawning with Nex? A lot of factions and markets will make the game run slower. Adjusted sector may have a large performance impact. The BSC mod is listed twice. Data? Graphics? Kazeron.version? Something may have gone wrong while unpacking the mods...

Kadur remnant and Vayras ship pack? -> The unofficial Discord channel should have a new combined Vayra modpack... Larger Zoom Out could also have a large performance impact. Scalartech is listed twice, Speedup is listed twice, Stop Gap Measures (was the planet gen something thing fixed with this one? There was a bug causing 2 or more entities to inhabit the "same-ish" market) is listed twice.

Minor impact I think: UAF has fleets shipping tourists.

Suggestion: Re-setup everything, start with a small mod list and the required libraries, test if campaign layer and combat doesn't lag to get a baseline, expand if performance is adequate or re-setup everything and start with a larger list "to eliminate less important mods" to slim the mod list down, but maybe you will find performance eating culprits with a smaller list and working uppp faster, who knows.

Try to identify mods with a high/er performance impact. Also: Spawn less factions with Nex and use a lower amount of markets, maybe don't increase the sector size above the vanilla "normal" size. -> Maybe also leave some headroom for potential performance decreases in the late game.

My PC with J23 and up doesn't really have much of a slowdown in lategame, but performance may degrade over time with more stuff in the RAM and more markets being generated etc. -> so beware, if the performance is fine with X mods, maybe you should be more conservative and use X minus 5 or 10 mods/spawned factions and markets with Nex/star constellations etc.

My specs: CPU 5700x, GPU 6700xt, 32GB RAM, (KC 3000 SSD, load times are horrible without an SSD, difference between SATA and NVMe/PCIe SSDs isn't much) -> performance is fine even with over 200 mods, lots of markets and factions and increased sector sizes etc.

Not sure if it will be useful/have any impact but GraphicsLib also has an option for potato toasters, could at least save a few MB of VRAM I guess:
Code
GRAPHICS_OPTIONS.ini
    # GLOBAL OPTIONS #
    "enableShaders":true, # Default: true
        # If you set this to false, ShaderLib will do nothing
        # Set to false only if your computer cannot handle ShaderLib but you need it active for compatibility
        # Requires GeForce FX 5500, Radeon 9500, Intel GMA 4500, or newer
        # Recommended GeForce 6800, Radeon X850, Intel HD
:D
