Anyone looking to have their portrait integrated into the mod?

Just send me a photo.

Portraits will be treated to a series of filters to look like the example below:

Having watched both "Serenity" and "Firefly",I can say that this is one of my more highly anticipated mods.
(commenting to get this on my notify list... :P)

I've only watched Firefly, I just hate how no one else appreciated it at the time. Gorram fracking people have no taste(and if you get the reference I just did, Congrats on being awesome)

Many ships are getting more open weapon slots than you can fill with guns. At least at first. As you level up you'll be able to get more OP for your ships. Allowing you to even turn an old freighter into something of a warship. Ship customisation will be a fun part of this mod.

Weapons are taking forever to complete. Mostly because it is a boring chore since I'm trying to create a whole boatload of variations of the same gun, just with slightly higher or lower calibers. Blame the show for not having many weapons to start with.  :D

(yes I'm still working on this)

(it is hard work, alright?)

(sheesh! get off my back!)

(gorram bastards!)

Is this still being worked on? It looks like an excellent mod, but if not, do you mind releasing an unfinished version? I'd love to play it!
If you are indeed working on it still, keep it up, you're doing a great job!

Firefly Online is on its way! Looks great! They're doing what I did though and filling in a lot of gaps, since lore on the Firefly universe ships is sparse / missing. You know, only a part of a ship in the background. Or a well modeled ship that's lacking a name. And both seem to be basing some missing data on Lynn Lefey's fan fiction works (like the book Six-shooters & Spaceships) on the Firefly universe, though I'm not 100% on this. I did ask her permission to use some of her stuff and she happily gave me her blessing. (kind of makes me feel bad for not having worked on this mod for some time)

This looks like the Vanderdecken. This ship was actually shown in the series (very vaguely) and named. It is fun to see how they modeled the ship based on that vague image in the series and it looks a lot like the Vanderdecken I made, with its clear-cut almost modular sections:  :D

This is the Brutus, which is called the Orion in my mod. Why? Because in the series, the Brutus seems to be a specific personal ship name for an Orion-class liner. Then again, Orion may have been intended as a liner company name. You can see that since only the front of the ship was shown in the series, they are pretty similar (note the antenae). But the backs are completely different. I largely based the back of the ship on the Firefly-class.

I did a pretty darn good job on the ASREV if I do say so myself:  :D

Overall, I'm pretty excited!
