Manticore will attempt to destroy far away DEM missiles using its system even when missiles are no way near its area of affect

Most likely affects other canister_flak users as well

edit: just in case, I increased the range of flare launcher in weapon_data.csv
it should be irrelevant, but it's not looking at the for any sort of range finding? Would be really confusing if it did. But just have to make sure

And then not have any left to counter other threats. Admittedly this is starting to fall under suggestions. But I just double-checked if this wasn't caused by any of my modding...

Good that when I include manticore in my fleet is because of its DAKA, rather than barrels
