I think adding faction government simulation and laws would help make factions more unique and help make diplomacy between faction more unique and advanced.

IIRC the devs' stance is that they don't want to focus too much on something that's obfuscated away during normal gameplay (I like deep simulations, personally, so I hope I'm misremembering, but I can understand their reasoning).

That said, I would like to see the commission/war mechanic made a bit deeper. Just enough that the League commission required for membership can be interesting rather than annoying, and a player with any (or no) commission can predict upcoming wars and try to benefit from them.

Oh, right - didn't see the subforum title. Nexerelin's new faction AI does exactly what you describe, so try it out.

I meant i want a mod with political simulation,laws and forming a government,like the power and revolution games.
