Tried the frigates yesterday. Had 3 of the smalles ones with default load out 3x4DP, vs a sungle Slasher 4DP. The slasher died due to CR depletion.

Equipped them then with Chainguns and they did a bit better. If those where Synergy mounts so that energy damage weapons could be put there it would help mitigate the single forward mount problem.

Still.those friggates are quite good vs beam weapons since they have so much excess flux.

Due to the light at the tail sections its hard to see in combat if the engine is burnt out or not. awould it be possible to make that light part of the green engine flame, so that it goes out together?


When I tried the next friiggate I noticed that the small mounts field of fire doesnt overlap. So the weapons I put there really struggled to hit thinner ships.

Factionwise, soon after I started the game the secondary planet got invaded by a vanilla faction and just fell immediately.

All in all it has the nice feel of an underdog faction whose ship design is still stuck in more peaceful times and not the guns at every corner and missle spam war of the Persean sector.

The faction itself isn't suited for direct combat and is more like a support fleet doctrine instead.
If the dev puts other frontline units or gives some defensive cruiser that can protect their capital ship.

Their range is good and deals an insane amount of damage but as a not direct engagement faction. It's hard for them to fight anyone head-on without military alliance.

Hello, dev here. I SUSPECT you can use 0.1.6 with 0.95.1 after you downgrade the mod version in the mod_info.json. Cannot confirm because I haven't tested it, so test in a separate save to make sure it doesn't brick anything.

greetings dokkafalgar 2 is very close to zorya added by Emergent Threats/IX Revival. they start the game as hostile to player(and everyone else) so everytime I go to hamingja they hurt me :(
my personal humble *** opinion is adding  hamingja and its station directly to dokkafalgar I would be better. an entire system just ofr a casino is excessive me thinks and adding it to there can make dokkafalgar more resistant to raiding
also when ''blueprint gacha'' will be added. my collecter brain demands it to happen lol

Dokkalfar II will be further expanded upon in a future update.
I may move the star systems slightly in the future
