One thing to note:  Knockouts caused Reality Disruptor have increased repair times.

If Reality Disruptor needed to be nerfed, have normal or reduced repair times would help.  Right now, the ease Reality Disruptor causes knockouts combined with increased duration is a lot.

The templating could be better, you have to read pretty carefully to note the difference.

It might be better to rephrase them as 200%/2x weapon repair speed vs 150%/1.5x weapon repair speed... or +100%/+50% repair speed.

All the alternatives are really unnecessarily confusing!

Except then players would mistakingly expect them to stack additively with one another, like percentage increases are supposed to.

The multipliers would be a be a better phrasing then yes, the first set i mentioned.
