Anubis-class Experimental Cruiser

Adds the recently teased ship.
Also includes almost all changes mentioned in the 0.98 preview, like the Paladin PD buff. More detail in changelog.
Currently used by TT and includes 2 variants. One used by Alex, and one 3 tachyon lance build.
Thank you Alex for featuring my "research" in the new blog post!

v1.6
Fixed an issue with Heavy Burst Laser getting less recharge/s instead of more.

v1.5
- Update the variants affected by the balance changes. Big thanks to Chumbosity for the variant files!

v1.4
- Applied almost all the combat changes in the recent post(https://fractalsoftworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=31536.0), minus the annoying to implement ones.
- Covers the "Ships", "Weapons", "Fighters" section.
- Currently missing the LIDAR 35%, Reality Distruptor 5 sec, Cryoflamer DoT, Weapon skin change(don't have the sprites), HBL burst time increase(what does it mean).
- Variants may spawn with less/more OP. The PD laser change changed like 70 variants and couldn't be assed to change them

[Anubis]
- Burn level revealed and is now 8
[Astral]
- Removed built in Advanced Optics
- Added built in ATC and EMR
- Increase shield flux/damage to 0.7 (previously 0.6)
- Add charges to recall device (1 -> 2)
[Gryphon]
- Removed built in EMR
[Disintegrator]
- Increase range to 900 (was 700)
- Increased anti-armor DoT to 1000 over 10 seconds (was: 500 over 20 seconds)
[PD Laser]
- OP changed to 3 (was 4)
- Rnage increased to 500 (was 400)

v1.2
DP confirmed and is now 18.
System uses modified capacity instead of base, as confirmed by Alex.
Engine and weapon now more closely matches reveal.

The most important thing is the Paladin is much more flux efficient; Alex's blog post showed it as 0.25 flux/damage or 50 flux a second sustained vs the 0.75 and 150 it currently is.

damn... That's the opposite route I would've taken tbh... I felt like it would make a lot of sense to make it shoot for a longer period of time like burst does... But all's well that ends well

damn... That's the opposite route I would've taken tbh... I felt like it would make a lot of sense to make it shoot for a longer period of time like burst does... But all's well that ends well

I think it's a good change; the paladin is pretty unwanted as it stands. For the Anubis, flux dissipation is about half that of other cruisers, so if it was left as is the Anubis wouldn't really have any good options.

This forum makes me fell bad for liking the paladin lmao. I'm super keen to try the Anubis (and I hope the paladin gets buffed so I can spam it on even more of my ships).
