Tbh yeah I'm not really expecting many issues, if by any chance some new procgen planets were added I'd need to fix some distribution weights but for the most part a manual update should work fine.

Heya, so you technically can add this mid game but it will only add the new cosmetic backgrounds, all the planet and conditions require a new save.

Really glad to know that people are happy with the update. There's a few more things I'd like to do with this mod, as I've mentioned in the past, but given some IRL stuff and generally just not playing a lot of starsector atm I unfortunately have no time scale for it sorry.

There's a decent chance I add a few more background in the future, though it's not certain. Also glad you're enjoying the mod.

Hi, I cannot get US_floating to appear on a custom designed planet, any ideas? or hidden reasons it might not be generating?
No errors or anything, simply not appearing.

Hi, to make US_floating naturally generate on your planet you need to set its category in planet_gen_data.csv to cat_giant.
