Hi! I've already posted this on reddit, but I figured that many users here might know more of a thing or two in regards to this.

Black market now fills demand, any new stuff for easy money?

My go to trading route is to raid space ports, but now that the black market contributes to the demand, it's just a one time thing now. Also, are the supplies' cost nerfed as well? They don't reach 300+ credits anymore :(

Anyhow, aside from intercepting trade fleets and giving markets industry items, is there a way to create massive amounts of demand? Tried my usual route for the pirates (raiding their only orbital works) but the demand is still too little for me. It's usually 200 below now for the supplies compared to the standard 300+, is there a way to make it 400+? Increase it even more?

Or do you guys have any new exploits? Nexerelin exploits? Anything?

Edit: did the "Sell 10 - 20k stuff of goodies to create massive surplus > raid it all back > repeat" thing... It bricked the market as most markets are either selling 12k+ goodies or demanding 12k+ goodies. And doing it... felt bland as heck, to the point where I might as well just use AddCredits. Can anyone please point out more exploits/strats? :(

Edit2: I'm going for the Space Truckin mod instead, thanks to Phenir for the suggestion!

So generally the economy isn’t exploitable. I think the rates of income gain are pretty decent/good though.

Like, if you’re a pirate you’re going to net half a mill per trade fleet intercepted. If you’re a bounty hunter you’re going to get 200k per faction bounty and 500K per contract bounty. If you’re running a colony you’re going to have consistent income. (Sometimes huge) plus exploration income.

That being said selling hypershunt taps and fusion lamps to AI worlds that can use them (or making colonies for the Luddic church to take over) can increase demand and thus create higher prices for volatiles and transplutonics.

Yeah that is how exploits work generally. They are exploits because they aren't intended and usually intention precludes monotony. If you want to just make money from nothing, take a commission and go explore the fringes with 5 atlases and then create some shortages to sell all your loot at. Or get a dram and take up a bunch of scan missions in the same direction. You spend almost nothing and can earn hundreds of thousands of credits per trip. If you aren't opposed to mods, space truckin mod makes money making pretty trivial even on default settings but at least you have the plan out your route when taking multiple big loads.

The problem I have with intercepting trade fleet is... well, aside from roleplay reasons, my early - mid game consists of trade fleets, and being chased by vengeance fleets is annoying... and they're justified to do so x)

Luddic Church? Wouldn't that be useful for the Luddic Path instead? Or is this with a colony in mind to have a passive income trade with?

What do you mean by "create some shortages to sell your loot at" do you mean raiding a spaceport or orbital works/industry? In any case, I earn more than enough with normal trading -- the problem is that I want more money... big money! And yes, I know I'm impatient, but I want big money go up! Buying and selling it x3 is much fun for me

And that's a cool mod! Might just supplement I needed and satisfy my stuff. But I'm afraid my ram is taking enough of a beating as it is -- what's your FPS in hyperspace with the mod on?

Big money is farm Remnants for AI, sell to Tri-Tach for dank wads of credits. I have no problem getting anywhere from 5-13mil that way. (Keeping any of that once I start a colony, otoh....have never figured out how colonies are anything but a massive credit sink)

Low hazard farming world starts making money very early, others are going to take longer depending on hazard rating & industry choices. once you have it all setup earning 1mil/month from 6-7 colonies is very achievable.
