Mercenary officers should not spawn with timid personality

Timid is rarely useful for specific skill sets on specific loadouts, and the chance that a merc happens to have the right skills for that is low. On top of this, it doesn't make sense in-universe that someone would choose the life of a mercenary if they have a timid disposition.

Maybe timid personality should just get removed from the game. NPCs don't spawn with it. They can only go as low as cautious. So why give the player the option of having officers that actively choose not to engage the enemy in a productive way? Especially when it often just makes the game slightly harder by reducing the amount of potentially recruitable officers, as you pointed out.
