Phase ships in this update?

Hey guys, I was wondering how phase ships are performing this update. I saw the harbinger got some love.

I like the gameplay style of deleting stuff and phasing out. Not sure if there were some other changes accross the board but Im interested to know what you think of these ships now?

Im kinda partial to doom and harbi but I'll admit I haven't played with the afflictor much.

They have been nerfed, staying phased for extended periods now slow the ships down a lot, they can no longer zip into the enemy formation, delete one ship, then make a safe retreat. They need to be supported by normal ships to cover them while they vent now.

They synergise really well with long cooldown high-flux weapons now with adaptive phase coils, such as phase beams and AM blasters.

Player-piloted Afflictor is still overpowered.

Harbinger is better than it was last release, but still not good enough.  System is too crippled to be of much use.  Basically, an extra-large Vanguard.

Doom still needs Systems Expertise to be great.  It is too heavily reliant on its mines.

Ziggurat (with Phase Anchor) is still overpowered, but the change to IPDAI requiring s-mod to alter small weapons (IR PL, Rift Lance) means less effective OP (when you need every OP you can get for Omega loadouts) if player wants to use them for ePD+sIPDAI shenangians.

Nowhere near as strong as they were before, where 1 afflictor with 8 reaper torpedoes can oliterate 2 Onslaughts, and retreat before anything can touch it

Even in it's heyday, Reaper Afflictor was roughly on par with AM build, with different focus (quickly killing few forward shielded capitals vs methodically dismantling anything). In current build, AM Afflictor with all necessary character skills can delete a Paragon in two salvos (3, if opponent stacks defensive skills). With expanded magazines it has enough ammo to do that 10-15 times, in theoretical ideal situation (in practice you won't land all hits perfectly, will have to swap for next Afflictor earlier due to chip damage).
