[0.96a-RC10] Different map most of the time on one seed

Hey guys, i found a map with a very good star system, copied it and made new game (replaced few mods) but the star system changed nearly every time i tried making new game and i don't know what's the cause.

Only 1 map maybe ouf ot 10 (i started creating more saves desperetaly trying to find the correct one) i created had the star system Azea with an orange star, it has 2 water worlds, volcanic world, arid world, toxic world, barren world and a gas giant with comm relay, stable location and a gate with remnants.

MN-4556901188176787616 - it has a freeport and few other things but i don't think anything other than freeport matter.
I use mods, but i'm not sure what other mods than nexerelin matter, i don't have randomized worlds.

If the seed and all mods are the same, you should get the same sector. The results are supposed to be deterministic. If that is not happening for you, it is probably a bug with one of the mods you are using.

I use mods, but i'm not sure what other mods than nexerelin matter, i don't have randomized worlds.

Maybe remove the mods one by one, and check which one introduces randomness.

What may be a contributing factor is a known issue with player portrait selection possibly interfering with sector generation, which can cause differences even with the same exact seed:

If that isn't the case, it's likely that one of the mods is generating a star system or is using the seed's random number generator such that it causes the sector generation to differ (whether due to needing to accommodate the new star system or due to the RNG being interfered with).

I tried few more times with different portraits and it seems that this is the case, however no set portrait has the world i actually want, i created few more saves with exact same fleet, bonuses etc, and i found the world i want, it may be a bug from on of the mods but i'm not sure, but all i know that it's gonna be RNG for me to find this world again if i ever want it. Since no options work and nothing i do helps, i am either dummy or it's something i just don't know how to fix.
