Is it worth 800k?  undoubtedly.
Is is worth 50 dp?  It can tank the whole enemy fleet and wipe out any target it chooses.
Is it OP? maybe, but the Falcon P is more OP per pro-rata DP damage.
Is is better than a Paragon?   I'm not sure yet.  It's pretty good for when I got it salvaged from a bounty mission.

It's crap dissipation is the only thing holding it back from being one of the best. It is basically two champions stuck together and champions are really good.

Another big weakness apart from the dreadful flux stats is the vulnerability to being attacked from more than one side. It definitely needs good escorts because it can't hope to deal with multiple things at once. Although it's nice a have a battleship unique in that way. Yeah I also feel like it's in a perfect spot, wouldn't change a thing on it. But other LG ships well...

With aux thrusters or elite armor skill it can wiggle between multiple threats.

Thing that makes it really stand out is the shield efficiency. Dissipation isn't great, but that efficiency! (Also hardpoint side mounts like that basically require bursty weapons, so the Diktat superweapon goes well with it.)
