Right, so we have some music!


Although it is just a short preview of the entire track, i still find it epic! It is entirely custom-made by our sound artist ;)



Reminds me quite a bit of Star Ruler, actually.

Well, there are, for one, you can turn down the music in the options menu (main menu, options, settings, turn the music slider down to zero) or you can do a bit of editing in the files (got to starfarer/mods/CAELUS/data/config/sounds.json, and then find the string "music" (it's in the start of the file) and put an # before every music file in that file, but where it doesn't say music_combat or music_title and music_campaign, don't do anything.) Helpful? :D

Not a salary in RL, you understand -_-

We have no budget for the mod, and neither do we have any profits coming from it. But if we did, maybe we could afford a salary for the Dev team ;)

I've found just those three ships perfect for raiding convoys. Even effective deep within enemy-fleet heavy areas, since you can just duck and weave around the campaign map around them

  I tend to use Ardent frigates in a raiding fleet, with Dextra carriers and Chimera fighters providing back up and Cutter freights for hauling loot - aug engines and elite crew keep the speed pretty high.
