So after I obtained the Planet Killer weapon. Where do you turn this in for the Pathers to forever stop bothering you?

I feel like there's gonna be consequences to this decision... maybe after a cycle or two the pathers blow up a tri-tach planet and you get implicated as a potential suspect.

Oh ***. Then I guess I wont do it. Also you have to go a Pather Cell base. You cant hand in the Planet Killer weapon at a permanent location in the Core Systems for whatever reason. I smell this is a bug.

Okay I handed in the Planet Killer weapon and the Colony Threat event progression from the Luddic Path still doesnt go away. Is this a bug?
