A UI artifact during tutorial

This artifact pops up after you assign your skill points during the tutorial. It can be fixed by reloading a save. The issue isn't new, and I had it happen both in 0.95.1a and 0.96a

Weird, never seen that. And I always do the tutorial for the free Hammerhead.
