I got an officer with a skill called "Man out of time" in that skill it says it applies to ships of any domain battlegroup.
What does this mean? Whats a domain battle group in that sense? How can I determine to which ships this skill applies or not?

is the stability debuff from Domain Majority intended to stay after the awakening is finished? And if not, any idea how I can get rid of it?
Well I can remove the condition with Console commands but this also gets rid of the buff to production :(
I noticed that the Stability malus is actually removed after the Re-awakening event is finished. But if you save your game and load it again, then you suddenly have the -8 (Ark) (-7 Cryosleeper) again. So maybe some state is not properly saved.

Yes I have the same problem, it is easy to solve it by removing the condition via console but also a bummer since you are not getting the bonuses.

yo how do you remove it with console?

It's under 'conditions'. I think it's simply called 'domainmajority'.

Hi! I'm a fan of the mod, but I just wanted to inform the mod doesn't work when I update from the 1.2.1 to the 1.3.2 version, giving an error code when I try to load the save.

Initially, I thought it was because I updated the mod instead of starting a new save file, but it worked perfectly when I updated from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1.

Any of the XIVth battlegroup variants from the hegemony for vanilla ships. It may also apply to IXth battlegroup if your running Emergent threats:IXth revival (confirmation needed). An argument could be made that it could apply to domain phase lab as lorewise they were technically part of the domain military but they weren't considered a battlegroup in their own right

That's why the latter was an x.x.1 update, while the former is an x.1 update.

That looks like it belongs in the Station Augments thread. Or maybe More Combat Terrain Effects.

Yo anyone know what factions the commissions rework is compatible with? Starting a new Nex campaign and need to balance out the Hegemony with some extras but don't want to have to turn off Question of Loyalty

So I have opened up my second cryosleeper and I have been having an issue where a few months after opening it my stability plummets by -7 permanently, first time I chalked it up to turning a size 3 colony to a size 7, but now my established size 6 I wanted to upgrade is effectively ruined due to having a -7 stability wrecking shop, which I can turn the free port off obviously but is this an issue with Nex and having a pirate commission? I noticed I am also not getting any colony crisis issues this play through and it feels heavily bugged.

Yeah, the commission system appears to prevent any colony crisis from occurring, for good or for ill.  In this case it's definitely for ill.

Appears to be some bug with the cryorevival facility where it can be BOTH created via "upgrading" the main population&infrastructure structure AND can also be built as a standalone facility. This is when I have the Ark in the system - not sure what happens with a normal cryosleeper. At any rate doing the right-click upgrade on the population&infrastructure building to the cryorevival facility breaks the colony... I'm not entirely sure what's happening, but it appears the main population&infrastructure building has its mechanisms all messed up somehow. It can also be right-click---> shut down, and then shows up in the list of structures that can be built, but is red with a message like "cannot be built here". Frankly I'm not even sure this is an AOTD issue, as WhichMod doesn't have the "This industry is from AOTD..." message in the upgrade prompt, but I'd not be surprised if this weren't some interaction with this mod, hence I'm mentioning it here.

Hey man, I hate to say it but the stability thing is very much an issue even only running Ashes of the Domain. Someone posted a temporary fix using the console commands mod and some custom code earlier in this forum (scroll back maybe a page or two and you should see it). This isn't you screwing it up by upgrading the pop and infrastructure (though that does create a different bug)

Well I can remove the condition with Console commands but this also gets rid of the buff to production :(

Does anyone know if this is intended?

and

a) If it is, could we get some kind of warning about it beforehand, because it entirely tanked my colony when I didn't know this would happen?

or

b) Does anyone know how to fix it if not?

I was annoyed by this and decided to do a bit of hacky fix so I wouldn't lose my progress in my campaign. To use it, you'll need the Console Commands mod to run the "runcode" command. Just navigate to the star system with colonized worlds that have a domain majority and execute this console command.

Code
runcode import java.util.List;
List<PlanetAPI> planets = $loc.getPlanets();
for(int i = 0; i < planets.size(); i++){
PlanetAPI planet = (PlanetAPI) planets.get(i);
MarketAPI market = (MarketAPI) planet.getMarket();
if(market != null && market.hasCondition("aotd_domain_majority")) market.getStability().modifyFlatAlways("aotd_domain_majority",market.getSize(),"Domain Majority Fix");
}

It adds a stability modifier to every planet in the system with the Domain Majority condition that counteracts the reduction.

edit: realized I tested this when there was only one colony in the system w/ domain majority and it would actually apply the stability increase to colonies w/o the condition as well, so I added a check that should have been there to make sure it's only affecting colonies with the market condition.

Here, man, you'll have to reload to fix the pop and infrastructure bug, but this'll fix the Domain Majority stability bug when using the Ark or Cryosleeper

i asked for help with getting resources into the megastructure on their discord and this guy is the most condescending, high and mighty dude who immediately started insulting me. shame. the mod itself is alright i guess but people like that really degrade it.

Hello everyone, i ran upon a pretty serious crash on my playthrough (save crash on load) after joining the Persean League faction through the crisis questline.
My guess is that my rank is supposed to be calculated in regards to how many planets i own, but i somehow do not get a rank, here's the log:

Code

I'd appreciate any input or way to solve this even if i have to edit the savefile, as i am pretty attached to this character.
Thank you so much!
EDIT:
Alright, so i saved my playthrough using the backup files, that's a nice safeguard.
And i believe i understood what went wrong with the persean league: when the player joins the league while already in possession of some colonies, the faction gives a special 'governor' commission instead of a 'mercenary' one, so AQoL doesn't know where to pull the rank from, as shown here:

Hey man, I'm having the same issue here. I've been running the whole AoTD package on a (fairly long) run alongside some other mods, one of them UAF. Since UAF requires a commision for some stuff, I tried to join them but the same thing happened to me. I was considering giving a faction all of my colonies, accepting the commision, and then invading and recovering all colonies, but it would be a huge pain. Did you find some way to fix the issue on your end?
