Reporting a bug where the game crashes after the Ziggurat special project is completed, reporting an error that a ship isn't found. Clicked the wrong place at the wrong time and barely got to see the error, so I don't have a screencap for it.
Currently attempting to replicate, will edit/make another post with the error message if it pops up again. I've spawned in another copy of the Ziggy and put it in a research station to see if that fends the error off.

Ditto, right as the Ziggurat Special Project completes, my game crashes. So I paused the project and submitted a bug report on the Discord. Hope there is a fix.

Ditto, right as the Ziggurat Special Project completes, my game crashes. So I paused the project and submitted a bug report on the Discord. Hope there is a fix.


The mod's got a 3.3.3 bugfix that tends to this issue, Kaya announced it about 2 or 3 pages back as of this page.
Bug was already fixed as of me reporting it, hence the third edit at the end of my post.

Ashes of The Domain - Vaults of Knowledge 3.3.4(Save compat with 3.3.0 - 3.3.3)
    -Fixed issue with projects, where ship is demanded, that caused player to not get refund for s-mods
    -Fixed issue with wild talk to officer button (shhh that is for other project)
    -Fixed graphical issue in tech tree, that scaling sometimes was off by 1 pixel

Multiple folders within the Data folder of the Question of Loyalty module are completely empty. When using Nexerelin and a custom faction with it, if you try to stop and scan a smuggler bringing supplies to a rebellion on a custom factions world it gives you this:

Calmly laying down the facts you know, you inform the opposing fleet of your intentions to investigate potential smuggling activity in this area and will be boarding their vessels.

NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.fs.starfarer.api.impl.campaign.fleets.RouteManager$RouteData.getCustom()" because "data is null"
This also soft locks the game as the dialogue tree won't give you any options at this point, forcing you to restart the game.

Hi, first of all thanks for the mod!

As far as I know Ashes of Domain compatible with Terraforming and Station Construction (TASC) and to build a station you must research tech before it.
Whats the name of the tech? I cannot find it in research screen and cannot build stations at all.

Also I cannot see Ashes of  The Domain - Dreams of Past in in-game mode list (where you can see versions and can change some mod settings) but still have it in initial enable/disable list.
Does this module works? How I can check it?

There is a new problem with the new compound item in the research project after the research is done it automatically appears in every colony each month autonomous colony included and that in turn drains my credits as it stacks up every month paying for storage fees in my autonomous colonies.

You gotta toggle the research tree theres a separate one for TASC and it should be the 3rd branch on the bottom

Found a bug regarding PCF loot generation causing an NPE upon generating an AI core blueprint.

For Kaysaar:

  • PreCollapseFacLoot.java invokes genLoot() -> good here ->
  • genLoot() attempts to add special item BP with a 10% chance to PFC salvage (if rand < 2) -> fine ->
  • New SpecialItemData is created and attempted to be initialized with GPManager getting filtered GP list (getItemProductionOptionFiltered()) -> so far so good ->
  • ItemSpecAPI attempted to be called for adding BP to loot. Null Pointer Exception. Why? Let's see ->


Step 3 (getItemProductionOptionFiltered) adds an item to returned array under two conditions

  • If Item does not have tag "aotd_ignore_gp" and also does not have tag "mission_item" and has colony effect -> add
  • If ItemSpecAPI == null and AiCoreSpecAPI != null -> add -> PROBLEM!!!

We always call ItemSpecAPI when adding special loot to PCF, but we also always add AI cores with no (null!) ItemSpecAPI. Problem should be clear now!

Is it advisable to change the max industry allowed or to keep it at default for the sake of balance? Aside from the nexerelin i've kept my games pretty vanilla, but this looks incredible. I'm not trying to snowball the *** out of my games either though.

i can confirm what seems to be a minor-ish compatibility with at least one Market condition that adds an extra product to an industry-
if you upgrade a farming industry on a planet with the "Byzantine Vineyards"
condition from Interstellar Imperium,
neither upgraded industry continues actually producing wine.

also, the research screen still  doesn't seem to be recognizing my Ziggurat being in a planet lab's ship storage, despite being on an updated version of VOK-
its recognizing the alpha cores in the inventory storage, but..

is it something where i might need to apply a fix/start a new save to un-bork it?

*edit* or the zig project can un-bork itself, thats fine

My work around is usually to modify the amount of administrators you can have to 10 so if you don't want to go the alpha route you can still have a wonderfully large clutch of systems. You can also modify the max size and make size 7's 5 industries as getting to size 7 is quite a feat so the extra industry fits well with a core world equivalent.

Hey, so I'm playing with the whole pack, and from what I see in the screenshots, I should be able to advance my commission by doing analyze/survey missions, right?

Cause whenever I finish one, nothing happens with the event progress bar.
