That seems like you upadted from 3.2.0 : UIInitializer was script that was in 3.2.0 and was deleted down the line in middle of developing 3.3 patch

Not seen this mentioned in the patch notes: so one of the four mods is 100% broken at the moment still?

I was having an issue with the research databanks not being detected in the research storage.  I poked around with console commands and found that if I took the planet from the UAF who I was governing for the research would detect the databanks and if I returned it they would again not be detected. I am on Vaults of Knowledge 3.3.3 and currently do not have Question of Loyalty active.

hello. i have some troble with pre-collapse facilities. when  i send a salwage team down to the facility
after battle i have "nullponterException: null" and i cant leave planet.

hello. i have some troble with pre-collapse facilities. when  i send a salwage team down to the facility
after battle i have "nullponterException: null" and i cant leave planet.
[FIXED! Update Magiclib!!] I am having the same issue as well. I can use a command console to bypass the text, but I don't get any of the reward.

When I clicked the null enough times I got this popup. This is a huge bug that is stopping my exploration progress. [FIXED! Update Magiclib!!]

*Update. The issue fixes itself when you update Magiclib to 1.5.5*

Downloaded the whole package.

I could build two Cryorevival Facilities with the exact same name, so I had to guess which one to pick. It didn’t do anything.
Reactivated cryosleeper's engine and repair drones (btw there is a typo there saying "Our technicians indicate, to reactive engines...")
Revival facility still does not do anything.
The Gate Hauler-style animation is a nice touch, but I’d prefer if the Cryosleepers were functional first. Appreciate the flair, but basic functionality would be even cooler.

Something else:
Research screen has great music but on 1920p is quite unreadable and hard on the eyes at default zoom. If I zoom in to achieve sharpness then scrolling is tedious. Also don't get it why there are no tooltip popups and cards need to be clicked on to view their details.
Research board in general is painful to use. Starsector has a lot of systems that are fun to figure out without instructions, and I’m totally fine with that. But your research board isn’t one of them—it feels too abstract and messy to enjoy deciphering without at least some guidance.

somehow I can't change the skills of my AI cores piloting automated ships. this bug exists even after I disabled all other mods, leaving only the vaults of knowledge module and ashlib and building menu overhual enabled. it doesn't crash, it just won't let me change the skills of my AI captains.

there's my enabled_mods.json:

IIRC one is from AOTD and one from terraforming mod. look into what they do + they have different image.

Centralization Bureau doesn't detect duplicate industries within the same star system in my game. Not sure if that's an Industrial Evolution problem or an Ashes of the Domain problem.

I have two planets with Fracking specifically, and two with different variants of heavy industry. No duplicates detected.

I know you probably get this question a ton, but does Question of Loyalty work for minor modded factions? AKA MRC - Armaa Armatura Faction

When I start as them, it does not give me an MRC commission, but when I apply, it says I declares me as a new member but then gives me the option to comission again. (I basically go on a loop)

Am aware that Shio changed MRC to be a sub faction with ties to pirates but I was wondering if there was any simple / possible fix that I can do to remedy it?

Reporting a bug where the game crashes after the Ziggurat special project is completed, reporting an error that a ship isn't found. Clicked the wrong place at the wrong time and barely got to see the error, so I don't have a screencap for it.
Currently attempting to replicate, will edit/make another post with the error message if it pops up again. I've spawned in another copy of the Ziggy and put it in a research station to see if that fends the error off.
