There's one thing i'd really like to add to the doctrine section, but have no idea if it's a possible thing: Set loadouts for ships in the patrol fleets your faction spawns. I want more control over what my faction fights with.

You can set weapon priorities and LPC priorities the same way you can for ships.

I don't know if it's something about my loadlist, but ship/weapon priorities are treated by my game as an unsolicited suggestion shouted down the street by a complete stranger.

Sometimes the ships I prioritize appear twice in a 30-ship detachment. About half the time there are pickets/patrols/detachments without any priority ships or weapons.

Dunno what's causing the issue but I'm using this along side industrial evolution and the centralization bureau keeps claiming there are no duplicate industries in my system despite having 2 refining industries and 2 orbital works.

Are they vanilla versions of the industries? the higher tier industries don't work with the centralization bureau in my experience. Its also possible that AotD codes them differently enough that even vanilla industries no longer register correctly. You should post this in the Industrial Evolution page as well, as the Centralization bureau is an asset from that mod, not AotD.

My game keeps crashing when I open the Research Center within the Research Facility. I get the following message:

Fatal: org.json.JSONException:
JSONObject["aotd_research_speed_multiplier"] not found.
Cause: JSONObject["aotd_research_speed_multiplier"] not found.

Vaults of Knowledge is fully updated to 2.1.8. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Open mods/<aotd-VoK folder>/data/config/settings.json and fix the spelling error on line 10. It says reserarch instead of research.

This doesn't look like it will work with other faction mods or Nexirillien, right?

The mod runs alongside faction mods and Nex, but the player faction is the only one interacting with the introduced mechanics.

Other factions do interact with them. All factions send out expeditions to raid Pre-Collapse sites (preventing you from getting them) and supposedly upgrade their own tech level by doing so, though this is hamstrung significantly by having extra factions at the very least.

I'm unsure if this has been asked before or not, but would an option to allow research to be done even on a colony that doesn't belong to the player faction be possible, or likely to be added? I was thinking the research wasn't working, but ended up realizing it was because I gave the colony to my commissioned faction and was governing it in their name.

Some questions.

I fully repaired the Coronal Hypershunt in my home system where my planets are. It mentions something about a Coronal Pylon, but I see no such structure which can be built. I am supposed to get plus 2 to industry, etc. if I have this Coronal Pylon. The only thing I could find and build was the Coronal Energetic Hub and I have to use a hypershunt tap in it, this only gives me a bonus of 1 to industry. I see no other method here and I already researched everything available.

Another question, is it no longer possible to get a planet to size 9 or 10? It seems the cryosleeper with the cryorevival chamber only allows you to get your planet to size 7. I was lucky and got an event which allowed me to get to size 8. I have found 3 more cryosleepers but it doesn't seem I can get my planet to grow anymore than size 8. Is there any way to make it grow further or that is it?

The hub is for systems within 10/50ly that don't have their own hypershunt. IIRC, you should already get the benefits on your local planets.

AotD cryosleepers set the planet to a specific size. It's best to use them on a new colony now to instantly boost it to 7.
