[0.97a-RC11] San-Iris 0.9.91

San-Iris Federation



Add a small faction with 2 water world south of the core world.
San-Iris ships are made to defend their home world and as such are very defense oriented. The ship emulate biological life in their design, with high armor and low hp, they have a bonus in flux dissipation but get weaker as hull go down.


Feature :
- Wavy tentacle thruster
- Ballistic weapon with 2 stage mechanics
- Defense oriented system

Update :
Not save compatible with previous version

0.9.91
- New frigate with a heavy autocannon built-in :Vine
- Small balance change
- Really nice music made by Haplogynae

Beta :
No major bugs are expected, however there are some balancing issues and English mistakes.

So Awesome!

The thrusters are a real novelty, nothing like it around, and the art is amazing with some seriously cool aesthetics.

10/10 will use.

Very cool! They remind me of horseshoe crabs.

The yellow/black colours are definitely a plus for me too.

Amazing designs and interesting gameplay!

I'm tho having trouble with the auto fit on the ships. the mod specific weapons are left blank. Maby/probably somthing on my end, but I'm new to modding and don't know where to start with debugging :s

there are a few issues though, experiencing crashes when you install certain hull mods onto their ships. Since the faction specific built-in hull mod has no warning about incompatible hullmods on it's description. Put insulated engine assembly on the ships and the incompatible hullmod warning shows up, shortly after that the game crashes.

Okay, new update. Mostly improvements, nothing huge but the mod is moving towards a state where I could find it as finished. The next updates will focus on faction identity and campaign interaction.

Just updated it now, kinda forgot about the compatiblity issue between version. And i was putting the mod aside since i have struggle with the lore i'm writing (its cringy). So yeah, its still not in that "finished" state i want it to be but its getting closer :)
