Buy false IFF in bar

Hi, I don't know how well it would works or how bad it would affects the campain, but I think it would be really cool if you could sometimes buy false IFF in bar just like faction's security codes. Those false IFF could allow you to hide your true fleet composition from a certain distance and/or sneak in an hostile system without being attacked by patrols and detachements. I think it would be usefull for smuggling, stealing a certain nanoforge, etc. And of course, if you fight an hostile patrol, they will figure out your IFF is false and attack you.

Just having any way to fake IFFs would be possibly interesting.

I added a transponder IFF spoofer to industrial evo with 3.0.
