The FPS counter I see in-game has two numbers indicated -- I understand what the 'FPS' part pertains to, but not the 'Idle %'.  Mine constantly indicates mid-to-upper nineties percent 'Idle'...is the game using nearly 100% of my computer system, or other-way round (have 90-plus % unused)?  Yes, I am that computer-illiterate that I need it explained to me,  .

Edit:  If needed, my computer is NVidia GTX 960 (2Gb); i5-4690 @ 3.5 GHz; 16 GB Ram; Windows 10 64-bit.

I believe "idle" refers to the CPU load, while the framerate is determined by the GPU. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
