Question about Remnant ships and bases

What happens to any Remnant stations that you have and ships you have in storage if you respec out of the skill that allows you to use AI ships and bases?

Not sure about stations but I believe that ships in your fleet just lose CR until they have 0 and ships in storage just stay the same until you put them into your fleet
